ailabo0105 studio (“we”) sets out below how the iOS app “LidarCamWorks” (“the App”) handles user information.
1. Information we collect
The App does not collect personal information, usage data, device identifiers or advertising identifiers. We operate no server, and the App sends no data to us. It contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs.
2. Camera and LiDAR sensor
The App uses the camera and the LiDAR sensor for 3D scanning and measurement. The resulting point clouds, meshes and photo textures are stored only on your device, in the App's Documents folder. They never leave the device unless you choose a destination through the iOS sharing features (Files app, AirDrop, share sheet). Handling by the destination service (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, etc.) is governed by that service's own policy.
3. In-app purchases
The free trial and the Full version are purchased through Apple's App Store. Payment details (such as card numbers) are handled by Apple and are never received by us. Purchase records are tied to your Apple account and are used to restore purchases.
4. Sharing with third parties
Since we hold no user information, we share none with third parties.
5. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised when laws change or features are added. Revisions take effect when they are published on this page.
